Welcome to Kozmoz Hall. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Our Products
Kozmoz Hall offers novelty and gift apparel, including ugly holiday sweaters, matching couples pajamas, and novelty aprons. All products are made-to-order and printed specifically for your order once it is placed.
2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Kozmoz Hall. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders involving suspected fraudulent activity or shipping destinations where reliable carrier service cannot be guaranteed. If we cancel an order before production begins, a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other supported methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
4. Made-to-Order Nature
Because our products are printed on demand for each order, all sales are final except as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.
5. Product Descriptions and Colors
We work hard to display our products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and the nature of printed fabric. Minor variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kozmoz Hall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and design elements, is the property of Kozmoz Hall and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
