Kozmoz Hall uses Shopify Payments to process all transactions securely. By placing an order, you agree to the payment terms below.

We do not accept bank transfers, checks, cash on delivery, or cryptocurrency.
Payment Timing
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Production does not begin until payment is successfully processed and confirmed. We do not offer net terms, deposits, or installment plans at this time.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is billed in a different currency, your bank or card provider will apply their exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee. Kozmoz Hall is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your financial institution.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Kozmoz Hall does not store, access, or retain your full card number or payment credentials on our servers.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed and production will not begin. Please check with your bank or try an alternative payment method. Email support@kozmozhall.com if you continue to experience issues.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility details.
