Shipping policy

Kozmoz Hall ships worldwide. All products are made-to-order, so production begins only after your order is confirmed.
Total Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within approximately 7 to 15 business days end-to-end:
- Production: 2 to 5 business days (printing, quality check, and packaging).
- Shipping: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM begin processing the following business day.
During peak seasons (October through December), production and delivery may take a few days longer due to high order volume. We recommend ordering early for holiday gifting.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any free shipping thresholds, if offered, are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments outside your home country, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by local authorities. Kozmoz Hall is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email support@kozmozhall.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs are not grounds for a refund or cancellation.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Kozmoz Hall is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided, or for refused or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address.
